How can I book space?
1. You can search for space on the main page search bar.
2. Choose which location you want.
3. Choose Check-In & Check-Out dates.
4. Select your equipment type that you are storing from the drop-down menu.
5. Choose how many spaces you want.
6. Click Search button.
7. If you have any changes to your booking details, you can make changes to your booking details from the page that opens and you can change whether it is one time booking or monthly booking.
8. If you are not logged in, you must log in to make a reservation on the page that opens. You can log in by clicking the "Log in to Reserve" button. If you are not a user, you must become a new user.
9. Click Reserve button.
10. You can add your credit card information on the page that opens (if you have a card already defined in the system, select your card) and continue.
11. If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the relevant field.
12. If you want to be asked for the pin code during the pick-up process, you can select the "PIN Code control must be required for Pick-up operation of each equipment" option.
13. Agree to the Reservation Agreement.
14. Click Reserve button.
15. If your booking is confirmed, you will see the "Booking Successful" screen. Afterwards, you will be greeted with "Your booking is Confirmed!" will direct you to the screen.
16. Please keep your booking number and QR Code for your references. Your driver will need them to gate in and out of our facility.
17. You will receive "Confirmation Notice" and "Drayup Receipt Notice" emails.
