1. Navigate to the “Drayup” home page at https://drayup.com/  

2. Click on “Log In” button on the right side of the Web page.    

3. Click on “Forgot Password”  

4. To reset your password, you’ll need access to the phone number or email associated with your Drayup account. This verification information helps ensure your account is only accessible to you. If you can’t access your phone or email, you won’t be able to recover your password, and may need to sign up for a new account. Enter your email address or phone number and click on «Reset Password»  

5. When you see this screen, your password change link will be sent to your e-mail or mobile phone. Check your email inbox or phone SMS inbox.   

6. Click on «Reset Password» link from e-mail or SMS  

7. Enter your New password. Enter your new password again to Confirm password. Click to «OK»   

8. When you see this screen, your password will have changed and it will automatically redirect you to the login page. You can now log in with your new password.   

9. If you see "There is no Drayup account with this e-mail. Please enter another e-mail or get a new account", the e-mail or phone number you entered is not registered in our system.   
You can create a new account to log in.
